This shop is built to need as little of your data as possible. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third party scripts. Nothing is loaded from anyone else's servers.

Hosting and server logs

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver the page and to protect the service against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare Germany GmbH acts as our processor.

Buying a volume

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. When you press a buy button you are sent to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Your card details are given to Stripe and never reach this site or us. Stripe passes us your email address, the volume you bought, the amount, and a confirmation that you accepted the terms.

We process that data to perform the contract with you, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Stripe's own privacy notice covers what Stripe does with it.

The download email

Your download link is emailed to you through Cloudflare Email Service, from orders@floxart.store. Cloudflare processes your email address and the message in order to deliver it, and keeps a short lived copy for delivery diagnostics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Order records and how long we keep them

We keep no customer database of our own. The order record lives in your Stripe account data. German tax and commercial law requires records of a sale to be retained for up to ten years, so Stripe order data is kept for that period, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Your download link stops working 30 days after purchase.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Stripe are able to process data outside the European Economic Area. Both rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for those transfers.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@finnfreeman.com and we will answer.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
